Car design and manufacturer Porsche has unveiled its new product called as 918 Spyder. This hybrid super car will be produced in 918 units and priced at 645k Euros (about $845k). The first production is expected to be ready at 2013. Porsche 918 Spyder is presented with fiber-reinforced plastic monocoque, a hybrid powertrain with a mid-mounted 500 hp V8 and two front electric motors, each delivering 80 kW (109 hp) are also added as its features. The amazing performance of this new Porsche car design is able to run a 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. This Porsche 918 Spyder can run up to 320 km/h. The advanced technology implanted on this Porsche Spyder just need 3 liters fuel for 100 km distance, this result is according to the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC). This stylish car design also features liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery for 25 km or about 16 miles trip. The battery can be charged with a conventional domestic power socket.
